Brand Execution & Platform Credibility Design
UNI2BIZ, Ukraine
The Challenge
At the start, Uni2Biz had no brand, no communication system, no marketing assets, and no public presence. The platform needed to appear credible, inspiring, and trustworthy for students — while also showing businesses that the project was organised and professionally run. As a volunteer initiative, it required exceptionally clear communication, motivation systems, and brand engagement.
Actions Taken
- Designed Uni2Biz brand identity and positioning (name, messaging, visual system)
- Built all external brand assets (website, landing pages, social media, digital and print materials)
- Established structured communication channels with universities and student communities
- Designed and executed PR and outreach campaigns across academic institutions
- Implemented “real company” execution model for a volunteer environment (tasks, deadlines, quality standards)
- Integrated students directly into brand execution under structured mentorship
- Built communication and engagement funnels for recruitment, onboarding, task delivery, and feedback
Key Outcomes
- Uni2Biz established as a recognised student career platform in the Dnipropetrovsk region
- Strong partnerships with local universities
- 3,500+ engaged followers across platforms
- Stable and repeatable applicant flow across marketing, development, design, and translation tracks

- Alignment between external brand promise and internal operating discipline
