Context
Following the outbreak of war, the company had to urgently relocate its R&D and operations from Ukraine to a new jurisdiction — Kosovo — while maintaining business continuity.

- My Role: General Manager and Founder of the local entity, with full responsibility for the relocation, relaunch, and operational stabilisation.

- Registered and launched a fully compliant company in Kosovo in under 60 days
- Relocated and relaunched R&D and operations within 3 months without interrupting business delivery
- Designed and implemented a local HR and recruitment model
- Established working relationships with key governmental and regulatory bodies (TAK, ARKB)
- Built a sustainable operational foundation to support future growth
Key Outcomes
- 25 hires within 6 months with approximately 5% attrition
- Full delivery continuity preserved throughout the transition
- Kosovo transformed from a perceived risk into a long-term operational advantage
