- Designed a single, end-to-end Student Lifecycle architecture
- Implemented a CRM-based funnel as the system of record
- Defined ownership and handovers across Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance, and Academic teams
- Standardised admissions procedures (scripts, SLAs, qualification criteria)
- Automated contracts, payments, and operational triggers
- Implemented dashboards for pipeline, cohorts, and revenue forecasting
