  • Designed a single, end-to-end Student Lifecycle architecture
  • Implemented a CRM-based funnel as the system of record
  • Defined ownership and handovers across Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance, and Academic teams
  • Standardised admissions procedures (scripts, SLAs, qualification criteria)
  • Automated contracts, payments, and operational triggers
  • Implemented dashboards for pipeline, cohorts, and revenue forecasting
