Website creation
EFIP - French International School Website
French International School in Prishtina (EFIP), Kosovo
The Challenge
EFIP existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked a system for managing prospective student inquiries. The admissions team was handling all inquiries manually, leading to inefficiencies and a poor user experience.
Actions Taken
- The Solution
- I was hired to lead the end-to-end design and development of a new website. The solution was built on WordPress and HubSpot platform to combine a professional website with a powerful CRM for streamlined lead management.
- Professional, Multilingual Website
- I designed and developed a modern, responsive, and easy-to-navigate website with a comprehensive information architecture. The site was built on the HubSpot CMS, allowing for easy content management by the school's staff. Key features included:
- Full Multilingual Support: The entire website is available in English, French, and Albanian, with a simple language switcher.
- Clear Navigation: A well-structured menu guides parents to key information like Curriculum, Admissions, and School Life.
- Professional Design: The visual design is clean, modern, and aligns with the prestigious branding of the French AEFE school network.
- HubSpot CRM Integration
- The cornerstone of the project was the deep integration with HubSpot CRM. This transformed the school's manual admissions process into an automated, efficient system.
- Automated Lead Capture: All forms on the website (e.g., "Inquire Now," "Apply Online") are directly connected to HubSpot. When a parent submits a form, a new contact record is automatically created in the CRM.
- Centralized Pipeline: The admissions team can now manage all prospective families in a single, visual pipeline within HubSpot, tracking them from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Improved Communication: Automated email confirmations are sent upon form submission, and the admissions team can use HubSpot's tools to nurture leads with personalized follow-ups.
- Lead Magnet Strategy
- To proactively generate leads, I implemented several "lead magnets"—valuable offers that encourage parents to provide their contact information.
- "Download Brochure": A prominent call-to-action on key pages allows parents to download the school's detailed brochure in exchange for their email address.
- "Schedule a Visit": An easy-to-use form lets interested families book a school tour, capturing them as highly qualified leads.
- "Inquire Now": Simple inquiry forms are placed strategically across the site for parents who have specific questions.
- These lead magnets provide genuine value to parents while systematically building a database of interested families for the admissions team to nurture.
Key Outcomes
- 30% Increase in Online Inquiries: The new website and clear calls-to-action led to a significant increase in inquiries within the first 6 months.
- 90% Reduction in Manual Data Entry: By automating lead capture with HubSpot CRM, the admissions team saved an estimated 10 hours per week on administrative tasks.
- 100+ New Leads Generated: The lead magnet strategy successfully generated over 100 new, qualified leads for the admissions pipeline in the first school year.
- Enhanced Professional Image: The school received positive feedback from parents and stakeholders on the new website's professionalism and ease of use, strengthening its position as a leading international school in the region.
